Project 365 ~ Day 39 *Office plant

I was given this schefflera several years ago. It was pretty small then....I have it in my office and it as just taken off! Everyone just loves it. I love to watch the new leaves grow. They start out like little babies and mature into old people leaves. The babies are so light green, delicate and soft while the old people leaves are dark green, tough and with lots of character. The young leaves are usually perfect while the old ones might have some spots or tears.....but I love them all the same. Such is life, they all make up the tree together!!!
